Manage Job

Changing the assigned contractor moves this job to that contractor's dashboard. Set status to CONFIRMED only after a technician has reviewed availability; that action triggers the customer confirmation email. Use RESCHEDULED after agreeing on a different time.
✓ Job updated successfully.

Service City Routing

How this works: add one or more service cities. MARSPRO automatically looks up ZIP coverage for each city, then routes new leads to the lowest priority number first. Paused contractors and paused cities are skipped.
